At Global Listing, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to facilitate this process and provide clarity on the conditions under which a refund can be requested. However, if due to any unforeseen circumstances, you are not happy with any of our services, then get in touch with us, and we would be happy to help.
Our refund policy covers all digital marketing services offered by Global Listing, including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Graphic Designing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Web Design & Development,\.
  1. Non-Initiation of Services: If for any reason we are unable to start work on your project within 10 days of payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the stipulated timeline, you may request a partial refund, depending on the extent of the services delivered.

  3. Dissatisfaction with Services: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 07 days of service delivery. We will do our best to resolve your concerns. If you are still not satisfied, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Please note that refunds are not applicable if the dissatisfaction is due to changes in your business objectives, market conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide a detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days and contact you for further process.
Upon approval, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Global Listing reserves the right to update or make changes to its refund policy without any prior notice.
